Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Adults only (18+)

ThirstCheck is for adults aged 18 or older. By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.

2. Adults in every picture

Every picture on ThirstCheck shows an adult. Content that depicts, suggests or sexualizes anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and will be removed and reported.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and password. Give accurate information and keep your login private. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the pictures you make. Fitting-room photos stay private and locked to your account until you choose to post that picture. You give ThirstCheck a non-exclusive licence to host pictures on the service, and to display the ones you post. Only share content you have the right to share. Don't upload someone else's photo.

5. Not allowed

• Anything involving minors or characters who appear to be minors.
• Depictions of real people without their consent, impersonation, or deepfakes.
• Non-consensual, violent or illegal content.
• Harassment, hate, spam, or attempts to break or misuse the service.

6. Moderation

We may review, hide or remove content and suspend accounts to keep the community safe. You can report content from within the app.

7. Service and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, ThirstCheck is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continuing to use ThirstCheck means you accept the updated version. Questions: support@thirstcheck.com.
